Notes on the Artwork: Inspired by Rodin's classic, 'The Thinker', this piece looks at a problem of the modern age. Often, I feel paralysed by thought, and overthinking holds me back from feeling connected to the present moment and other people, taking me away. So this piece is a reminder to be mindful of our thoughts, let them go and reconnect with our present.

Nothing endures but change, and this mixed-media painting celebrates that. The edges of the painting are left loose, and the canvas is left raw to give an unfinished look, to reflect that everyone's life is a work in progress.
