General Policy: We do not offer returns for items unless they are damaged upon arrival.
Damaged Items

Notification: Report any damaged items within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. Refunds or replacements are not available after this period.

Customer-Caused Damage: We will not offer a return if the damage has been caused by the customer.

Shipping for Returns: If your item arrives damaged, notify us first. Return it via signed for post. We cover up to £5.00 for UK returns and £20 for international returns.

Packaging: Ensure the damaged item is securely repackaged in its original packaging for the return.
Special Conditions

Framed Items: Framed items are non-refundable. We offer a discretionary 1-month warranty on framed artwork.

Occasional Exceptions: On special occasions, we may offer a return at our discretion.
Online Shop Terms

Collection Orders: If you order an artwork for collection but fail to collect it, we can hold the print for 3 months. After this period, it will be returned to the artist with no refund provided.

Extended Returns: Returns after 30 days are at the gallery's discretion and may result in a refund or credit note. Not all extended returns qualify for a refund.
Gift Vouchers

Non-refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Non-exchangeable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed against purchases or workshop bookings from artfriend.co.uk.
