Notes on the Artwork: ‘Still Becoming’ is an analogue collage that explores the fluid and permeable nature of the self. A fragmented female figure emerges through torn and layered forms, her silhouette both dissolving into and held by a surrounding atmospheric haze. The visible seams of the collage act as fault lines, suggesting a body in transition—assembled, undone, and reconfigured. The work reflects an ongoing search for identity, holding the figure in a state of becoming that parallels the artist’s own process of formation.
