Notes on the Artwork: Based on ‘Le Jardin Secret’ - a hidden garden behind tall Medina walls in Marrakech. This artwork utilises watercolour and oil pastel - creating a tension and dialogue between a loose, fluid medium and tactile, opaque markmaking. It is framed in natural cherry wood with splined corners and low reflect UV filter glass.
