This is an original piece of artwork which incorporates oils and coffee on steel; it can be hung as an individual piece or works as part of a tryptych with Sam's other pieces in the series; Hoocoo Lane, Kent Point and Leila Cove.

Maripits hangs proud of the wall, giving a sense of floating. It is secured to the wall with a bracket which is fastened onto the back of the steel.
