Notes on the Artwork: 'This painting is vaguely based on a photo of my daughter sleeping during the summer months. When she was a few weeks old, my son had placed a finger puppet on one of her fingers whilst she was asleep and that image had always stayed with me, hence, the inclusion here of a hand puppet here.'
