Notes on the Artwork: This is Maud . She is a volunteer in a gallery, her previous job-before she retired -was a private investigator. She has excellent observational and listening skills which she has acquired over the years. These skills come in very handy when she checks the crowds as they come to oogle at the paintings. She can spot who looks suspicious and whether they may try to touch or steal the paintings. She also has a hidden tape recorder in her bag to pick up any interesting conversations and believe me there are a few! Don't underestimate a volunteer especially if her name is Maud!
