Empowering AF

My work is simultaneously sardonic and playful, seeking to amplify the complexity and humour of our unique inner worlds whilst drawing on imagery from pop culture and iconography which are both familiar and empowering. I like using text to connect to the viewer and draw them in closer.  I seem to be on a never ending journey when it comes to my process - I initially specialised in painting but fell in love with illustration and then print making. I now combine all three processes to create my work and have recently started to experiment with collage.
