Collection: Frankie Thorp

Having studied illustration at London College of Communication my work has since evolved into colourful and somewhat cheeky portraits that explore the humour yet familiarity found in everyday objects. The pieces are made up of vibrant colours, playful compositions and explore themes of memory and nostalgia. Larger pieces are focused around messy tablescapes dotted with food and drink and often accompanied with pensive looking figures and sleeping dogs.

I spent the majority of my 20s working in financial services.
