When people see themselves in my work, it's not because it looks like them, it's because it feels like something they've known. I paint intuitively, letting each piece unfold slowly through layers, edits, and stillness. My palette shifts with the seasons, but the tone always circles back to something unresolved, honest, quiet. I love a 'dirty' colour. A proud moment was watching a collector sit silently with a piece, then say, “It feels like a memory I can’t place.” That’s when I know it’s working.
