Ornithological AF

'My artwork explores birdlife and colour theory. I often work in collaboration with museum curators and ornithologists (bird scientists) as I work with natural science collections. I interpret information from bird case studies using vibrant colour combinations to create mixed media compositions for each species to visualise its song and explore its colouring, habitat, feeding behaviour conservation status and more. My proudest moment has to be my solo show at Leicester Museum and when they purchased two works for the public art collection.'

Fun Fact: "I used to have two zebra finches named Mark and Jeremy after Peepshow."
